Tonight is the Union Park Choral Group's Spaghetti Dinner. The event is catered by Olive Garden and will showcase a small ensemble made up of a few of the members of the Choral Group. Let's continue to support our youth in all their endeavors. God bless.

We serve an awesome and mighty God, he created us, he created the world we live in. For everything that he does for us, He is worthy of glory, honor and our praise. So, no matter what you are going through today, thank God. Give him thanks

"Thus, when you give to the needy, sound no trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be praised by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you." - Matthew 6:2-4 ESV

Give to those who are needy, but don't tell that you've done so, because greater is your reward from your Heavenly Father when you have given without letting others know. It is better to be praised by God than by others because their praise is fleeting, God's praise is everlasting. God bless.
